We want you to be completely satisfied with your AbayaButh purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hijabs and accessories cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact and the delivery note is included inside.

  Ship the Items

  Generate your return shipping label through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
